Jurriën obtained his master's degree, with specialisation in employment law, from Tilburg University in 2015. From the beginning of his career, he specialised in employment law. After working at a large legal expenses insurer, he made the switch to the legal profession. Having seen cases from both employers' and employees' sides for years, he knows exactly what is going on on both sides. Jurriën is a member of the VJAA (Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten) and, outside his work, he dedicates himself as a board member for a local public broadcaster.
