At 10:00 am on the morning of 01-09-2011, a scaffold, on which I was working, fell. My ankle landed between the X-section, when I smashed the on ground, with entire scaffolding weight, on my left ankle. A very painful experience, which shattered and splintered my ankle, completely. In early January 2011, I was knocked off my bike by a motorist on a right of way roundabout. I fell down hard. The driver exchanged details and I cycled home by myself. In 2004, Mr P.D. fell from a ladder while doing his job as a painter. He shattered his left knee in the process. He underwent several operations, received a knee replacement, but was never able to resume his former work as a painter. He eventually ended up in the WIA.
